Sandy has designed this course to be comprehensive, but easy to follow. Her primary goal is for you to achieve results on an individual basis while working in a group environment!
Each webinar includes a lecture, often on topics that people in the program have suggested, followed by an update. You bring us up to date on projects you’re planning, progress you have made, or any help you need. This is your chance to ask questions, even if it they don’t pertain to the webinar topic.
You can learn from and bounce ideas off each other and if you wish, make plans to brainstorm with each other after the webinar ends.

PRE-REQUISITE
Before entering the program, you must buy and listen to Secrets to Skyrocketing Your Real Estate Staging Business (either audio/book combo or 3CD audio package). It will save us hours of time and free us to concentrate on intermediate and advanced marketing and promotion techniques.
Week One
During our first session we will prioritize your ‘needs’ list and set your course goals. Introductions will be made with time for participants to share their biggest business challenges. We will discuss the step by step weekly process, as well as the in-between session activities. Sandy will speak about the importance of having maintainable systems in place in order to have both passive and active marketing working for you at all times AND how to say no to tasks that do not further your goals. We will address two of the biggest obstacles small business owners face---procrastination and fear.
Week Two
This class will teach you about how to build a client list and the best tools to use to maintain it. We will concentrate on setting up your business as a repeat and referral business-generating machine. Sandy will talk about scheduling options and more importantly, WHAT to send. You will create ‘ready-to-use materials during the class!
Week Three
This class will delve into the many ways you can meet and build relationships with potential clients. What to say when you are introduced, how to comfortably talk about your services and pricing AND how to encourage people to hire you repeatedly and to refer you to others.
Week Four
We will have a lively conversation about real estate agents and the intricacies of getting into their circle of trust. The topic will expand to include how to be invited to speak at real estate meetings and how to market effectively in order to differentiate yourself from other stagers.
Week Five
This is the week where the daily, weekly, and monthly activity plans are put into action. You must commit to making these business-generating activities second-nature. Sandy will talk about ‘piggyback’ marketing tactics and share effective ways to co-market with alliance partners.
In addition to discussing unique ways to promote your business, Sandy will talk about speaking in front of groups as a way to attract business. We will review your 5 week progression and hear from each participant about breakthroughs and accomplishments. Lastly we will address your follow-up and maintenance systems, how to stay on track and most importantly how to get BACK on track when necessary.
What is included in the Smart Decisions
Group Coaching Program?
- Smart Decisions Group Coaching Program weekly handouts(including valuable forms!). You can download them to your computer or print them out. It includes information that we will be covering in the webinars and it will be a terrific reference tool for the future.
- Recordings of each class in case you miss one or want to re-listen to a class.
- Email access to Sandy and other participants (with their permission) in case you have any questions or comments in between webinars. You send Sandy your questions (Monday through Friday) and she will send you the answers, usually within 12 hours, and many times within an hour or two.
- Private 45-minute coaching call with Sandy after the Smart Decisions Group Coaching Program ends (valid for 6 months after completion date).
